Introduce yourself! Who are you?
I am Theresa Ho, a free-spirited, spa-lovin’, travel junkie, founder of HappyFreeLifestyle, a place where you can find travel inspiration and wellness tips to travel and create a life that nourishes your soul. 
What’s the best advice you’ve ever received?
Schedule a time every day (preferably) in the morning to tend to you and your need. Be it something for your physical or mental well-being or something that is on your ‘to do’ list that needs go get done. 
Why?  Because often times as soon as we wake up, we tend to other people’s needs. We lose track of time. Before you know it the day is gone, and you haven’t had the chance to get to what you needed to do. When you do this on a consistent basis you will start to feel resentful at the end of the day, when this builds up it can lead to depression.  
What would you say to 16 year old you?
Growing up I struggled to find where on earth acceptance was. I was Asian, trying to adhere to Asian values to please my parents while trying to blend in with the kids at school in Canada. 
So I’d tell myself to not worry so much about what other’s think and have fun doing the things that you enjoy doing because you can’t please everyone. The friends that makes you feel the most you - hang with them. Your parents love you unconditionally, they just don’t know how to show it. And in all their attempts to make you your best, all they ever wanted is for you to be happy.
Trust that by being yourself you will find your tribe who will accept you for you, and that your parents will learn to love you for who you are. 
What message do you think every woman should hear? 
Do you. Whether we ask for it or not, people are always giving us advice left and right. Depending on who is giving the advice, some have their own motives and expectations of what they want or feel like you should or should not do. To quote Bruce Lee, “Absorb what is useful. Discard what is not. And add what is uniquely yours.” Listen with grace and choose for yourself what feels right for you.
What do you love most about yourself?
I love my ability to listen to people and asking them good questions that makes them go hmmm… (helping them reflect and become self-aware what it is they need). 
Why do you love to travel?
I love to travel because it gives me a sense of joy and freedom. It provides a mental break from my daily routine to reconnect and recharge with my mind and body. I also feel more playful when I’m traveling. It brings out the inner child in me, stirring my curiosity, being more spontaneous, and more willing to trust and connect with others. This often leads to discovering new ideas, new places and seeing the possibilities in life.
What motivates you most?
My Tribe! When I get support and feedback from people thanking me for my work I keep the warm fuzzies to look at them when I’m feeling off. There’s nothing more fulfilling than knowing you made a positive difference (be it big or small) in someone’s life. And that you got to share a part of their life journey with them. 
What do you do on a daily basis to grow and move forward?
Miracle mornings! I learned about this via Hal Elrod’s book, “The Miracle Morning”. However instead of the 6 steps (S.A.V.E.R.S) he suggested I kind of adapted it combined 3 of the steps creating my own little routine that resonates with me.  I meditate (checking in on how I’m feeling today), read for 10 minutes, do yoga stretches, and write down the list of things I would like to get done for the day. This helps to focus my day and get it off on the right track.
What is something on your bucket list?
There are so many things and they are all so different! Right now, I want to go skydiving! 
What are your biggest passions?
Traveling, hearing and sharing people’s stories because you never know how it can inspire you or vice versa, and helping people recharge and rejuvenate their mindsets in igniting that spark in them to create a life they want.
