Introduce yourself! Who are you?
My name is Dylan Weiser, I live in Miami, Florida. I am a Certified Holistic Health Coach guiding women to love and embrace their bodies. Before my health coaching journey, I was always on a diet and counted every single calorie I ate. I was super insecure and always criticized my body. Then, I started to research and study nutrition and found my answers; eating clean, high-quality foods that work for my body and exercise I enjoyed. My whole life changed and now I love and appreciate my body. I wanted to find a way to guide women to feel the same so I became a Certified Holistic Health Coach and created Live Weiser! (Wiser is my last name, see what I did there!) When I am not coaching or creating recipes and content for Live Weiser, you can find me at the beach, preaching about saving our planet, watching Netflix and obsessing over organic skincare and a nontoxic lifestyle.
What’s the best advice you’ve ever received?
Before my mom had to get her thyroid removed I asked her if she was worried and her response was: “would it help?”…game changer.
What would you say to 16 year old you?
Looks and popularity do not matter. Who you are as a person, how you treat yourself and others…that’s what matters!
What message do you think every woman should hear?
You are beautiful exactly as you are. No one else is you and that is the coolest thing ever. OWN IT.
What do you love most about yourself?
How chill, caring, and compassionate I am.
What motivates you most?
Seeing how hard my father works (and grandfather worked). My motivation and goal is to one day repay my dad for all he has done for me!
What do you consider to be your greatest achievement?
Making the decision to change from a destructive lifestyle to a healthy one and never looking back. That’s when my journey to holistic healing started, and more importantly learning to love myself and my body. Now I can look back and be grateful for that low point because I would never be where I am at now.
What do you do on a daily basis to grow and move forward?
Still working on that one but simply just taking the time to be grateful, it could be for the smallest thing or the biggest thing. Doing this simply gets me back into the present moment and automatically reminds me that life is precious and beautiful.
What is something on your bucket list?
Getting the whole world to stop using plastic!
What are your biggest passions?
Saving the planet
What inspires you to live a healthy life?
Pretty simple, knowing that living a healthy life prevents diseases. And bonus, it feels really good.
Why did you chose to blog/Instagram about it?
Really to educate as many people as I can that living a healthy lifestyle doesn’t have to be hard, you don’t have to sacrifice something else for it. It is actually a fun journey and I am here to support you.
Why did you decide to become a health coach?
I truly want to educate and guide as many people as I can to live a healthy, conscious lifestyle, and give them tools they can share with family and friends. You can literally reverse almost all diseases through nourishing, clean foods…it is pretty amazing if you ask me.
What is the best part of helping others?
Seeing the change in their energy, mood, and life.
What is your philosophy about food and living well?
I have a couple:
1. Count chemicals, not calories
2. From food to physical movement, every single person is different. What works for some one doesn’t necessarily work for the other.
3. One thing that is the same, high quality, clean, organic foods over anything.
4. Last but not least, it is so not just about what you are eating but who you are being when you are eating.
