Introduce yourself! Who are you?
My name is Anna Crollman and I am a breast cancer survivor and advocate, blogger, wife, artist and doggie mom.

What is one thing no one really knows about you?
I grew up in a small community in rural North Carolina and was homeschooled until I was 11 years old.

What’s the best advice you’ve ever received?
Be true to yourself and put yourself above all other priorities. You are worth it.

What would you say to 16 year old you?
Stop worrying about what other people think and be and do what makes you feel good. If someone doesn’t like what you’re doing or what you stand for, you don’t need them in your life.

What message do you think every woman should hear?
I think every woman should know that she is enough. She is beautiful inside and out and she is worth of self-love, joy and success in that order.

What do you love most about yourself?
I love my ability to spread joy and happiness with others as well as my compassion. I also love that I am naturally drawn to lead and bring out the best in others.

What motivates you most?
I am motivated by my drive to constantly improve myself and inspire others. When I am doing work I am passionate about I feel better and helping others gives me a sense of purpose. Knowing that I can help improve someone's life in some small ways gives me the motivation to continue sharing my story, writing, and advocating in the breast cancer community.

What do you do on a daily basis to grow and move forward?
I set aside protected time for reflection and self-care. I notice when I neglect this time, my self-doubt and negative self-talk return. Making sure I am nurturing my body and mind helps me feel confident and strong.

What is something on your bucket list?
Someday I want to visit Bali. I absolutely love to travel, explore new places and learn about cultures different from my own. I have been traveling internationally since I was 15 and I think it was those experiences of stepping outside my comfort zone that helped me build the compassion and understanding I have as an adult today. Sitting at home in the cold, I am dreaming of a massage on the beach in Bali right now.

Where do you find inspiration?
I am inspired by the amazing, strong badass women in my life and all around me. I seek out women who are doing amazing work in their field or area of expertise and I draw from their passion and drive. By connecting with women who are empowered and passionate, I am able to grow those traits within myself and nurture that side of my life. I am so inspired by women who thrive in the face of adversity and share their support and success with others.

What are your biggest passions?
My biggest passions are supporting and empowering women to look and feel their best, promoting self-care and building a life for my husband and I filled with compassion and joy.
