Introduce yourself! Who are you?
My name is Aradhya, I was born in Madrid in 1986 and I am a lifelong learner, event organizer (recently launched Fitvelove, the UK’s first ever vegan fitness, health and beauty festival), empowering content creator for social media (Instagram, Facebook, and Youtube are my favorite channels) and blogger. Since I was young I knew that the educational system wasn't made for me, I never fitted in anywhere, always feeling that there was more to life, always curious and that attitude has brought me to London with a vision and a mission. Who am I? I am just a girl who believes dreams are possible and who dares to take
leaps of faith for her own sake.

What is one thing no one really knows about you?
I am a hopeless romantic and believe that with the right person we can live heaven on Earth.

What's the best advice you've ever received?
You deserve to be happy! Don't let anyone mess it up with their negativity.

What would you say to 16 year old you?
That she will make it to 30, that she will find the strength and the love she longs for, that she will make it through the hardest moments and that it will be alright.

What is your greatest fear?
Right now my fear might be not delivering what I promised myself to deliver. That fear wakes me up in the morning and keeps me awake working and making things happen, planning, organizing, learning and taking action towards my goals.

Have you ever had anyone doubt you? How did that make you feel?
I had people doubt me, make fun of my dreams, say that I was crazy, snobby, proud and many more. It made me feel broken, lost, then angry and now it fuels me.

What message do you think every woman should hear?
That she doesn't need the approval from the anyone to start living the life of her dreams. That whatever she wants is her right to have and she deserves to make her vision a reality. That she has in her the power to create and nothing should stop her from becoming who she dreams to become.

What is your favorite thing about where you live?
London is an amazing city full of opportunities for those brave enough to listen, observe and take action. You have to be fast and strong, but with the right mindset, like in any city, you can make dreams a reality.

What do you love most about yourself?
My determination, nothing will stop me. The biggest battle is with myself and aware of that I am constantly learning and practicing hacks to reprogram my mind to the next level of my life. Nothing is ever perfect but I have learned to adapt and change, I love how easily I let go of situations that don't serve me, learn and move on, always improving.

Do you remember a specific time you overcame adversity?
I do remember when I had the wake-up call. My nephew passed away with 1 year and that shocked me. It wasn't the first time someone close passed away but I had been a couple of years partying, drifting, without a specific goal, and life has magic ways of calling us back to our path. I call it adversity because after that everything started to fall apart…still is…like the old has to die for the new to enter. I am entering this 2018 with less material things, more wisdom, more strength, awareness, and gratitude because in the hardest times I have an inner pilot guiding me.

What is the biggest thing you've learned along the way?
To be honest with myself and say always how I feel with the heart. Communicating without fear of rejection, or doing it anyway.

Why do you love to travel?
Traveling is learning while sharing space and time with other souls. It opens the mind to different levels of consciousness.

What motivates you most?
The infinite possibilities, the challenge, the promise of the next goal and then the next and the next.

How do you manage your work-life balance?
There is a quote that I love in the book The 12 week year and it says: there is no such thing as work-life balance, there are life choices. My work is my passion, I am committed and willing to sacrifice now for a better future.

What is your favorite meal?
I love Indian food and anything with chocolate.

What do you do on a daily basis to grow and move forward?
I set weekly and daily goals. Keep my routine of waking really early, meditation and gym. And always read blogs or books that inspire me to continue working towards my goals.

What is one thing people would be surprised to hear about you?
I always was this determined and positive person, only that I drifted a few years. That’s why I know that it is possible to change your life for the better.

If you weren't doing the job you have now, what would you be doing?
Probably owning a restaurant and a cooking blog.

What is something on your bucket list?
I have lots of things on my bucket list, the first one that came to my mind was scuba diving in the Maldives.

Have you ever had an extraordinary experience? Describe it!
When I started meditation last year it was part of my self-healing process from addictions to alcohol, drugs and tobacco and the highs that I had from learning how to breathe and connect with my inner self-made me cry of joy, the awareness towards the beauty of nature and the feeling of happiness that the practice leaves is inexplicable.

Where do you find inspiration?
In books, reading other people’s life stories, with music, by walking around the city and observing.

What are your biggest passions?
Dancing, music is like life. Writing, self-development, and traveling.
